VPNBX subscription for cross-border access
Start with your device, then choose a route by region, type, and use case. First understand what the subscription provides, then check how to connect with a client.
Service overview
VPNBX provides a subscription for cross-border network access to users who need international websites, AI tools, and streaming services. The subscription provides routes to choose from; the client imports and connects to them on your device. Accounts, content access, and terms of use on destination platforms remain under each platform’s control.
This service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices. Sign in and maintain an active subscription to access the client and subscription details. For connection steps, see the Getting Started Guide.
Routes and support principles
Choose a route based first on the destination service’s regional requirements, then compare IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections. Distance is only a guide; your experience also depends on your local network, time of access, and the destination service. Choose routes based on actual results, not just their names.
If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status and client settings, then switch routes and compare results. If the issue persists, open a support ticket and include your device platform, route name, and error details. Do not share your password or full subscription link. Check fees and data allowances on the plans page.
Privacy approach
VPNBX follows an anonymous no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Information is collected only as needed to provide accounts, subscriptions, payments, and support, following the principle of data minimization.
A no-logs policy is a service practice; it does not prevent destination websites from identifying your account or browser information. Be mindful of app permissions and account privacy settings. For details on data handling and service terms, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
